To catch a butterfly

Fun with Dr. Seuss

We had so much fun celebrating Dr. Seuss' Birthday last month.
We made The Cat in the Hat "Thinking Hats" and wore them for most of the day.
For snack we had Cat in the Hat dessert. Yum-O!

Fun With Daddy-O

I knew the world wouldn't be complete without the following two pictures out there...
We have dance parties most nights when Daddy-O gets home. Rock it, baby!

T-Ball, Coach Pitch

Kayla started T-Ball and Melissa moved up to Coach Pitch this year! The girls are very athletic and really enjoy playing softball. Kayla is a really FAST runner and Melissa hits EVERY good pitch that comes at her. We are so blessed to have such talented girls!

Kayla waiting patiently to have a go at hitting. Daddy and Abbie LOVE going on nature walks while Melissa and Kayla play.
I am so proud of my babies!

First Lost Tooth!

Kayla Brooke FINALLY lost her first tooth last week. She has been working on getting it out for weeks and weeks and weeks, as she puts it, and last Thursday, it was finally loose enough for Mommy to pull out. She didn't flinch and was SO excited to finally have it in her hand.
Look at that perfect little thing!
The Tooth Fairy was VERY good to her and brought her $5!!

Bubble Baths

Abbie LOOOOVES Bubble Baths! She begs for them every single night. They usually end up looking something like this:

Fairy Gardens

It has been far too long since I have blogged anything about our sweet little family, so I thought I would post pictures from our Sunday afternoon project. The girls are obsessed with fairies right now, and decided it would be a good idea to make a fairy garden for the fairies to visit while they were at our house. With careful planning and lots of imagination, Melissa and Kayla made beautiful, welcoming fairy gardens. Enjoy the photos!
