An attempt to calm myself...
This is a rose that Melissa gave me after spending the entire day being disrespectful and disobedient. She KNEW she had made bad decisions ALLLL day and wanted to "make up for it". It worked. :)
Lately, in an effort not to blow up, I have been taking pictures of things that I come across as a result of my children being mischievous. Like this rock in the bathroom... I remove the rock and somehow the rock ALWAYS returns!
Or this lovely diamond on the bathroom mirror. Yep, it's made from a soaked toilet paper roll. This happens at LEAST once a week. I would like to think it is soaked with water from the SINK and not the toilet...

Easter 2011
The following is a LONG video from EASTER. I am REALLY behind on my updates. Grrr.. I will catch up sometime! The happenings are a little out of order, but you will get the idea!'
Time with the Greats...
I feel incredibly blessed to have all of my Grandparents in my life and even more blessed to have them in the lives of my children. My Grandparents have always been a source of strength and stability in my life and I am thankful the Lord saw fit to allow me to be a part of their families.
The following pictures are my girls with Grandma and Papa Senior, my Dad's parents. They go to my parents house once a week to eat "supper" and to visit. We were lucky enough to be there when they came over. We had spaghetti and Papa Sr. put ketchup on his. He has always done this and apparently it is the ONLY thing he will put ketchup on! LOL My girls thought it was hilarious and Kayla requested ketchup on her spaghetti the next time we had it! (Which she didn't like!)
It took a little while, but Abbie finally "warmed up" to Papa Sr. and let him hold her and play with her. She LOVED him! He got a kick out of her saying "papapapapa" too!
This is Melissa and Kayla with Grandma Nanny, my Mom's Mom. Anytime we go to visit my parents they get together with Grandma Nanny and have lunch with just her and Grandma... Mommy isn't allowed! :) They love looking at her tins of buttons, her sea shells, her pictures, her tiny bathroom... you know, all of those things that make Great Grandmas neat.
